How to start

1. Download the City Experiences app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Log in or create an account if you are a new user.

3. Tap the "Ferries" button on the bottom menu and select Puerto Rico Ferry.

4. You are ready to go. Welcome to the Puerto Rico Ferry app.

How to buy a ticket(s)

1. Press the "Buy Tickets" button on the home screen or in the menu.

2. Select the landing from which you wish to depart.

3. Select the tickets you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout.

4. Select or add the payment and tap the "Complete payment" button.

How to activate a ticket(s)

1. Press the "use tickets" button on the home screen or in the menu.

2. Select the ticket you wish to activate.

3. Choose a ticket and present your activated ticket to the Puerto Rico Ferry mariner.

How to transfer a ticket (website)

1. Click on the "gestionar reserva" button located at the top right of the web page.

2. Enter the itinerary number located on the confirmation you received by email or text message. Then, choose the email or phone number registered at the time of your ticket purchase.
3. Press the "Modify" button and then select "Transfer Order".

4. Press the "Change" button to make the change and select the time and day. Complete the transfer by pressing the "Transfer Order" button.

How to transfer a ticket (application)

1. Press the "Use Tickets" button.

2. Select the ticket to which you wish to make the change.

3. Press the "Manage Order" button.

4. Press the "Modify" button and then select "Transfer Order".
5. Press the "Change" button to make the change.

6. Select the new date and time.

7. Complete the transfer by pressing the "Transfer Order" button.

8. Your transfer has been successfully accomplished.

How to check ferry timetables

1. Press the "Timetables" button on the start screen or in the menu.

2. Select the location you wish to view.

3. The scheduled departures will be displayed.

How to subscribe to push notifications

1. After installation, allow the application to send you notifications.

2. Open the menu and select "Notifications".

3. Use the buttons to subscribe to general notifications.

How to check Puerto Rico ferry service alerts

1. The notices can be found on the first page of the timetables.

2. Open the menu and then select "Service Alerts".

3. You can also view the announcements under "Service Alerts".
