TITLE VI/ADA/INFORMATION ON DISCRIMINATION

Puerto Rico Ferry is committed to operating a fully inclusive service. Any person who believes that they have been excluded from participation, denied benefits, or discriminated against because of race, colour, national origin, gender, age, sexuality, disability, income, or limited English proficiency has the right to file a formal complaint.

PUERTO RICO FERRY TITLE VI COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Puerto Rico Ferry discloses its Title VI compliance policy.

 

Puerto Rico Ferry is committed to providing non-discriminatory service and to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in the receipt of its services on the basis of race, colour, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI).

ADA COMPLIANCE NOTICE ON THE PUERTO RICO FERRY

The Puerto Rico Ferry informs the public of its ADA compliance policy.

 

Puerto Rico Ferry is committed to providing services, vehicles and facilities in a manner that is accessible to and usable by persons with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (Title 49 CFR Parts 27, 37, 38 and 39).
