Puerto Rico Ferry is committed to operating a fully inclusive service. Any person who believes that he or she has been excluded from participation, denied benefits, or discriminated against because of race, color, national origin, gender, age, sexuality, disability, income, or limited English proficiency has the right to file a formal complaint.

Puerto Rico Ferry discloses its Title VI compliance policy.

 

Puerto Rico Ferry is committed to providing nondiscriminatory service and to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in receiving services on the basis of race, color, or national origin, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI).
