STEPS ON HOW TO TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

Below are three ways on how to transfer your tickets through the website using your computer or phone, and through the City Experiences app.

How to transfer a ticket
1. Click on the "gestionar reserva" button located at the top right of the web page.

2. Enter the itinerary number located on the confirmation you received by email or text message. Then, choose the email or phone number registered at the time of your ticket purchase.
3. Press the "Modify" button and then select "Transfer Order".

4. Press the "Change" button to make the change and select the time and day. Complete the transfer by pressing the "Transfer Order" button.

1. Locate the menu at the top right.

2. Select "Manage Booking".

3. Enter the itinerary number located on the confirmation you received by email or text message. Then, choose the email or phone number registered at the time of your ticket purchase.

4. Press the "Modify" button and then select "Transfer Order".
5. Press the "Change" button to make the change.

6. Select the new date and time.

7. Complete the transfer by pressing the "Transfer Order" button.

8. Your transfer has been successfully accomplished.
